The 171 bed Private Hospital, along with 14 specialist clinicians in the adjacent Medical Centre, opened for business on 7 September 2009.

Site Tour on 9th May 2009
A tour of the site was held on 9th May 2009, giving the opportunity for both committed and interested parties to view the hospital reaching the final construction stage, with some areas already being fitted out.
The event was a great success being well attended by medical specialists, allied health providers, Healthscope staff and management, Aspen Developments - the project developers, HPI, - the project architects, and AW Edwards, the project builders.

Aspen is proud to announce the building is scheduled for an early completion date of June 2009!

Tour of the Site in November 2008
Aspen Developments held a “Tour of the Site” on the 15th November 2008. Prominent participants included Healthscope’s future Norwest General Manager, Mr Steve Gameren, as well as representatives from the project architects – Health Projects International and the project builder, AW Edwards. Healthscope staff currently working at the Hills who will be transferring to Norwest also attended, along with some of Norwest’s committed strata occupants, leading medical specialists, allied health providers, and service retailers.
