The highly skilled, experienced and professional development team has been together for more than five years, having previously completed the Campbelltown Private Hospital in 2007 and now the Norwest facility.
A W Edwards Pty Limited, the Norwest contractor, recently received the prestigious Master Builders Association of New South Wales 2009 Awards for Health Buildings $10m - $100m.
The judges commented at the time "...Norwest Private Hospital is a completely new hospital constructed on a Greenfield site at Bella Vista. There was 25,000 m2 of excavated material removed from site and 350 bored piers installed. The structure is a concrete frame with post tensioned suspended slabs... This is an outstanding hospital facility built in 86 weeks."
