The Norwest Private Hospital and attached Specialist Medical Centre opened their doors on 7th September 2009.

The 171 bed hospital component, including 10 integrated operating theatres, is owned and operated by Healthscope Limited, one of Australia’s most respected private healthcare providers.

The Medical Centre offers more than 8,000m2 of strata suites to purchase or lease, along with 690 car parking bays. There are already number of individual specialist groups enjoying the benefits of an integrated campus-based relationship with the hospital and contributing to the diverse range of clinical and health care services available at the precinct.
